Location and Ground Transportation

The Renaissance World Golf Village Resort is located 20 miles south of Jacksonville FL and 8 miles north of historic St.Augustine.

Complimentary transportation will be provided by the World Golf Village Resort from the Jacksonville International Airport to the resort on Tuesday, February 28th, and for return to airport on Wednesday, March 1st. The same shuttle service is available other days at the rate of $75 per person, or a private car is available for $148 per person (1-2 people).

A cab from Jacksonville International Airport to the Resort is $75 to $90 each way.

Advance reservations are recommended, as cars are subject to availability.  Rates are based on roundtrip rentals . 
Exception - Vehicles rented in Florida can be returned to any Hertz location within Florida.

At the time of reservation, the meeting rates will be automatically compared to other Hertz rates and you’ll be
quoted the best comparable rate available.

Driving Directions:
From the Jacksonville International Airport, take I-95 south to exit 323, International Golf Parkway.
Following the exit, turn right onto International Golf Parkway, and right again into the main entrance to World Golf Village. Then follow signs to your destination.

Stop by our registration desk to pick up your registration materials for the Structural Packaging Summit.
For your convenience, the registration desk will be open:

           Wednesday, February 29th, 7:00 am - 5:00 pm
           Thursday, March 1st, 7:00 am - Noon

During the month of February/March, St.Augustine’s temperatures are typically mild with an average high of 67° and an average low
of 50° Fahrenheit. Suggested attire for the meeting is business casual.
